  • What format are the classes in?

    The classes are in video format. With variable duration between 2 and 30 minutes, and you can watch the videos as many times as you need.

  • Will I get a course certificate?

    Yes. When you finish the course, you'll get a unique digital certificate in the form of a blockchain badge signed by Accredible, the certifying body, that verifies your participation and course completion.

  • Can I access the course from a smartphone or tablet?

    You can access the course content from any desktop and from any mobile device through our iOS and Android apps.

  • What payment methods can I use?

    Payments are processed through the secure Stripe gateway, which accepts card payments (credit or debit), or through Paypal. Subscriptions can only be paid with credit card. You can pay in any currency, as the platform automatically converts it to euros.

  • If I have any questions during the course, who will answer them?

    With basic access to the course, our team will answer all your questions in the same class where you ask them. With a subscription to the Path or the platform, you'll also have access to an exclusive student community, with some live sessions monthly.

  • Do I need an Internet connection to access the courses?

    The courses are completely online, so you'll need to have an Internet connection to take them.

  • I've subscribed. How do I access the courses?

    Once you've signed up for a subscription, you can access it by logging in with your username and password and going to the "My Courses" option in the "My Portal" menu.

  • Do I need to renew my subscription manually?

    No, all Frogames subscriptions renew automatically when the current period ends. If you don't want it to renew automatically, you'll need to cancel the renewal from your account, top right of the Frogames portal.
